Cousins United

Baby brother and his little cousin, Anderson, had their first conversation on a special blanket. And I broke bread with my cousin Brooke at the big kids' table.

Christmas EARLY!!!

At our house, Santa came early! Look, he brought me a new kitchen, and lots of other pretty presents. I couldn't stop saying "WOW!" Look at the microwave, the oven, the fridge, and the working stove!! How cool! Here I am, trying out one of Grant's new toys. This is fun!

Better Return the Borrowed Bumbo...

Well...maybe not. You should have seen how hard mommy tried to get this shot, considering that baby brother can't sit up for more than 5 seconds at a time. It's not exactly playing tag, but it's definitely a step toward being able to play with me. Note the empty Bumbo in the background. Oh...and we're in my bedroom, if that explains all the girly colors.

Concentration

Mommy got the high chair out of the attic today for Grant to play in while we eat meals. Look at that concentration! In addition to climbing all the way up into the chair myself, I found some other good uses for the high chair. My dolly is going to eat dinner with us tonight. Did you know, I can say, "High chair"!!!

Mommy found some Thanksgiving stickers yesterday... They were on my face all day...mommy peeled them off me for my bath.

Big Baby Grant

Baby brother Grant is just getting so big - now he can do all sorts of fun things. Here he is jamming out on the piano while mommy and I eat lunch. And here he is sporting his first baseball cap as we get ready to go for a walk.

Bumbo Madness

Playtime - we're just goofing off...Grant's getting used to the Bumbo. I'm such a ham. Yes, his shirt says, "They broke the mold when they made me." Silly.

Bing Pushy...

The baby in the toy goes 'round and round... Grant's saying, "You got me, sis? Now, don't go too fast." This is our big silly toy. It has wheels so that the seat can swivel around the base. I used to play in it when I was Grant's age...but now I'm such a big girl, I can help Grant play in it! Here I am, pushing him around and around in circles. I'm such a thoughtful big sister.

I hope this tornado doesn't blow me to OZ!!! Mommy says every girl needs a good pair of red, sequined shoes.

Another Birthday Party
