Yes, it was over 90 degrees today. But that didn't stop me from running crazy outside (even in my pretty dress). Look mommy, STICK!
Nothing like making a very silly face to ruin a perfectly beautiful photograph. But then, I'm the queen of silly...what else did you expect?
While I was running around in the sun, getting all sweaty, my little brother was keepin' it real (and cool) in the wagon in the shade. Smart kid, if you ask me...and cute too.
He needed a nice cold beverage after playing outside. Here he is with his favorite sippy cup.
This Saturday morning, mommy and daddy took me to a little festival out by the Zoo. They had big, bouncy things, face painting, a train ride and a playground. Here I am, jumping in the air castle - I'm doing the running man!

Mommy made us get up really early this morning so she could run in her first 5K race. She's the one in the red hat and blue shirt. She looks cold...it was only 52 degrees out.
And off they go.
Yay, Mommy! Big finish! She was the 3rd female to cross the finish line, with a time of 24:37 - go Mommy!
This past Sunday, mommy and daddy took us to Gatti's for the first time. We got to eat pizza while we watched the Lion King, ride on bunches of awesome kiddie rides, and then play some arcade games to win tickets. In one of the games, I had to catch alligators! It was soo much fun! And we won enough tickets that I got to take home a new basketball. WHAT A FUN DAY! Here I am, driving my own train.

Here I am, talking on the phone with Hommie. She was babysitting cousins Brooke and Anderson, but she still took some time out of her crazy day to chat with me. She's such a special Hommie.
Please excuse the bunches of hair in my eyes...mommy says it's only a matter of time before we're through this awkward hair phase. If only I'd leave my barrettes in...
Tonight we're going to have a crawfish boil for dinner. That means we had a bunch of live crawfish for a little while. I'm not so sure that I like crawfish...they're sort of scary looking. But at least I have my bat for self defense in case he frees himself from daddy's grasp.

I don't need any help with my nebulizer, just put Elmo on the TV and I'm good to go.
Here I am, thugging it up in daddy's winter hat. I found the hat in the car and put it on all by myself. Actually, I only look thuggish because I'm still a little sick and groggy. But we were on the way to the zoo, so I was actually pretty happy!

Yuppers, it's dinner time. Everyone ate dinner together for the first time, tonight! Even Grant had a little cereal and applesauce. He did pretty well with the cereal, at least. And of course, I made a huge mess with my spaghetti sauce. So what else is new?
Oh here he is, Mommy! He's hiding in the clean clothes! Ahhhh the strange things we will do to keep ourselves occupied while we're stuck at home...
Grant and I have been sick all week, so we haven't left the house much. Grant had an ear infection and RSV, and I've had a fever for the past few days. Here are some of the fun things we have done under house arrest.
