Trains, Trains and Automo - nowait - more Trains!

Today, Mommy and Daddy took Grant and me to ride on a REAL train! It was decorated for Christmas, and GUESS WHO WAS ON BOARD?! SANTA CLAUS! So we waited... And waited.... And waited... And waited...until we FINALLY got to see Santa Claus! I asked him for a bicycle and a bunny rabbit. At first, Grant wouldn't sit with Santa. But then we convinced him - so that he could tell Santa what he wants for Christmas. After we sat on Santa's lap, he gave us two little stuffed Christmas mice! I named mine Tinsel. And Grant's mouse is Squeeky. Here we are, standing in front of one of the BIG ENGINES! How cool. Daddy even took Grant up into the "cockpit" - I was a little miffed that he didn't bring me...but I got over it when Mommy and Daddy promised that I could watch "The Polar Express" after nap.

First Baptist Kindergarten Christmas Program

Every Christmas, my school does a Christmas production. This year, I got to be an angel and sing songs up on the stage in the worship center with all the other kids. Here I am, waving at mommy and daddy. And here I am, singing with my class.

Decorating the Christmas Tree

Here I am, helping Daddy put the angel at the top of the tree. I really like my Christmas Tree angel - she has pretty wings that move and change colors. She's so pretty. Even Grant got to help decorate the tree this year! This one goes...PERFECT! Right there! It's a pretty big tree - but I love it! More to decorate!

Train At The Zoo!!!

Here I am with my family on the train at the zoo! You can see me, Daddy, Grandma, GJ, Hommie, Grant and Dabi. Mommy was taking the picture... Smile, Hommie! Smile Grant! Smile Dabi! I love my GLAMOROUS sunglasses. What a beautiful day for the zoo.Mommy says the table wasn't designed to support two toddlers...but sometimes we just can't reach the center!! Besides, it's more fun to dive headlong into the action. We love our train table - err...GRANT'S train table, excuse me.

Day After Thanksgiving Shenanigans

Rewind to Halloween

This Halloween, I got to be a REAL TRUE princess! Mommy and daddy call me a princess every day, but I don't get to wear a crown every day. On Halloween, I did!And Grant, small surprise, was a buccaneer! Do you like his booty? Those were once my necklaces before his crew pillaged my ship. Here I am with some of my BEST friends, ready to go Trick-Or-Treating! In order to make my hair curly, mommy wound it up tightly into six tiny buns the night before Halloween. It looked silly, but I LOVED IT!I was even allowed to put on some of my mommy's eye makeup. Here I am, learning how to use Hommie's eyelash curler.

Giving Thanks

Here I am pausing for a moment for a picture with Mommy, Daddy and Grant, after our Thanksgiving feast. Even though I didn't eat any of the food (other than some mashed potatoes and a bread roll), it was a magnificent spread! YUM YUM! Hommie made us some headdresses to get into the swing of things. Gobble gobble. Err...actually, I'm a little confused what this creature is supposed to say. Baby brother really enjoyed his headdress. The naked bird! Daddy and Dabi, carefully putting the bird into the fryer. Notice daddy's special fire-resistant gloves, jacket and hat. This time, there was no turkey jerky. That bird is perfectly fried! Mommy's Thanksgiving table.

T-day Prep Shenanigans

Conspiring with his Hommie... I think they're planning to take over the universe. Here's my brother, Grant, painting "place card" rocks for our Thanksgiving feast with his Hommie, Dabi and Grandma. Baby brother loves to paint...just about everything within his reach.

Yesterday, Grant and I got to work on our hand print turkey paintings we're going to give our grandparents for Thanksgiving. I got a little frustrated with Grant - he kept putting the wrong colors on his fingers. Mommy found us snuggling together like two little kittens while we watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse this morning.
