Halloween

Meow. Purrrrr.

Animals!

Is that a bear?! No...that's my brother!! ROAR! Watch our for that ferocious lion! My friend, Sophia, is Minnie Mouse. She's so cute. There was even a zebra! Halloween is like going to the zoo! Mr. Zebra, have you seen my shoe?

Reluctant Kitty

But mama, I don't want to wear ears.

It's The Super Crazy Baby Einstein Playgym YAY

Mommy said it was healthy for me when she overstimulated me like this...look how brilliant I am today, right? So...I guess it's Grant's turn. Poor little guy... Usually, when he's done playing in his play gym, I turn it over and make it my fort.

Chuck-E-Cheese

Mommy took Grant and me to Chuck-E-Cheese today, with our friends, Connor, Nick, Annie, Emily and Marshall. I had so much fun riding the carousel! And then I got to ride the clock, that was really fun, too!! And Grant was such a good boy, he slept half of the time, and the other half of the time, he watched me play from his car seat.

Look at my pretty tower! For some reason, mommy said, "Why did I pay big money for building blocks???"

Janie and Jack

Carving the Perfect Jack-O-Lantern

Mommy put paper on the floor and we got to make a BIG MESS with the pumpkins. I helped dig out the insides, and played in the goo. I also helped draw designs to cut out. Our pumpkins are the best on the street - because I helped. I will post more pictures tonight of our pumpkins all lit up in the dark - you'll see.

Punkin Pickin'

They had a swing at the pumpkin patch! Look at all the pretty pumpkins to choose from...ultimately, I picked two big ones, three small ones, and one itty bitty one, for Grant. Mommy's friend, Vineeta, helped me choose. But I had to carry them all by myself, since she was holding Grant.

Nora's First Birthday

Happy little family at Nora's birthday party. I'm such a big girl...I got to eat with the other big kids, today. This is my friend Nora. Today was Nora's first birthday party. She's pretty cute, isn't she? Mommy thinks she looks a little bit like cousin Courtney. As you can see, I'm trying to get in on the cake action...

Grant's Smile

Mommy and I love to make Grant smile. He's so cute when he smiles. And yes, his shirt says, "I want my mummy."

Stickers Rule!

Grammie sent me a Halloween package with a new book and STICKERS! I always have to put them on my shirt right away. I got so excited that they only lasted about 5 minutes.

Grant's Awesome Crib

Grandpa built Grant a new crib by hand. Isn't it beautiful? Gotta give the little guy more kisses. In his crib for the first time. He's a sleepy boy...

Abilene Zoo Encore

Grandpa, how do they fall asleep standing on one leg?? I got to feed the giraffes crackers!! I'm good at throwing snacks to the zoo animals. The first time I ever held someone's hand. I guess it wasn't soo bad.

SuperDebbie

She can handle not only one baby... But TWO!

Shoes and socks and stuff...

Grandpa's shoes are a little big...but I'm sure my feet will grow... Baby brother has smiles for grandpa. Excuse me, sir, I think you lost your sock. Let me help you with that.

My first science project...

There is a spider living between the screen and the glass in mommy's bedroom window. We like to watch the spider to see what it's doing periodically throughout the day. Mommy showed me how to make the spider run around by banging on the window really hard - it's really fun. We don't think he's very dangerous, but needless to say, mommy won't open her window anymore. A big, green grasshopper also landed on mommy's window today. He was fun to look at. Yesterday, I got to chase a grasshopper all over the driveway. Every time I would get close to him, he'd fly about five feet away, and I'd follow him...that was really fun too. Today, we got to take a closer look at a ladybug. I love bugs!
